Saturday 12th April did not quite go to plan. I arrived at Pahia 15minutes before I had been told the boat was to leave only to find that it had left 30minutes earlier and the next dive was Monday, when I would be back in Auckland. I convinced myself that the rumours of the wreck being a nice, but unspectacular dive were true, and headed back for a land based day in Whangeria, where I had based myself. My New Zealnd diving was over, but I would soon be back in Australia where my holiday would continue with a trip to South West Rocks and it's famous Fish Rock Cave, one of the best sea caves in Australia.
